Where's the water meter?
Usually at the front boundary, near the footpath, under a small lid. Turn the tap clockwise to shut it off. If you can't find it, ring us and we'll talk you through it.
Do you charge a callout fee?
We'll tell you on the phone, before we come, so it's never a surprise. After-hours callouts cost more, and we'll say by how much.
Repair or replace the hot water system?
If the tank itself is leaking, it's replacement. A faulty thermostat, element or valve can usually be fixed. We'll give you both prices where both are possible.
Can you deal with my property manager?
Yes. Give us their details and we'll arrange access, send the photos and invoice them directly.
