Do you really come out after hours?
Yes, for genuine emergencies: no power, sparking, burning smells, anything unsafe. After-hours rates apply, and we'll tell you what they are on the phone.
Why does my safety switch keep tripping?
Usually a faulty appliance or water getting into an outdoor fitting, sometimes old wiring. Try unplugging everything on that circuit. If it still trips, it's time for us to find the fault.
Do I need a switchboard upgrade?
If you still have ceramic fuses, no safety switches, or you're adding solar, a battery or an EV charger, probably yes. We'll check it and give you a straight answer either way.
Will I get a price before you start?
Always. We look at the job, tell you the cost, and only start once you've said yes.
