Vantoro is me, Jonah, in Port Macquarie. I build websites for local businesses, host them, and keep them running so the owner never has to think about it.
Why I build it before you pay
Most web designers ask you to imagine the result, sign something, and wait. That's a big ask when you've never bought a website before and you're busy running a business.
So I do it the other way around. You tell me about your business, I build the site, and you look at the finished thing. There's nothing to imagine and nothing to sign to find out whether I'm any good.
Why it's $449 and not $3,000
I use AI for the parts of a build that used to eat days: first drafts of the words, laying out pages, sorting photos. I check every line of it, because AI on its own writes things that sound fine and mean nothing.
That's not a gimmick, it's just why the number is what it is. A build that used to take a fortnight takes me a few days, so the build fee can be $449 and the monthly can be $99 rather than the $150 to $300 a month that's common.
What you're actually getting
One person who answers his own emails. No account manager, no ticket system, no call centre.
When you need something changed, you text or email and it gets done. When something breaks, I find out before you do, because I'm watching the site rather than waiting for you to ring.
I'm new at this as a business. I'm not going to invent a client list or put fake reviews of a real business on this site. The concept sites in my work are made up, and every one of them says so. What I'll do is show you the work and let it speak.
Who it's for
Any local business that needs to look professional online. Sparkies, plumbers and builders are what I've built most of so far, but a barber, a cafe, a mechanic or a physio all need the same thing: somewhere that looks right, loads fast and gets the phone to ring.
