The fine print, stated plainly
- 12-month minimum on the monthly. It's what keeps the build fee at $449 instead of the $3,000 to $8,000 a custom build usually costs.
- $99 is the ongoing price, not an introductory rate that steps up later.
- Your web address is registered in your name, so you own it, not me.
- No set-up fees and no hourly rate for changes. For the package, $449 and $99 a month is the whole price.
- Prices in AUD, exclusive of GST. I'm under the GST registration threshold, so there's none to add today; if that changes, GST is added on top and I'll tell you before it happens.

What's the catch with a free preview?
There isn't one. I build the site before I ask you for anything because it's the only honest way to show you what you'd be buying. If you say no, I've lost a few hours and you've lost nothing.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your web address is registered in your name, and once the build is paid for, the site is yours. If you ever leave, you get a full working copy to take with you.
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
Because the build fee is $449 instead of $3,000. The monthly is what makes that work. Twelve months in, you're free to stay month to month.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Sometimes not, and I'll tell you if that's the case. If yours is slow, hard to use on a phone, or hasn't been touched in five years, a preview costs you nothing to look at.
What if I need changes later?
Text or email me and I'll do them. That's what the monthly covers. No support tickets, no change requests, no hourly rate.
Do you only do tradies?
No. Cafes, barbers, salons, mechanics, allied health, anyone local. Trades are just what I've built most of so far.
